English: This is a photorealistic computer-generated (CG) image created by myself (Gilles Tran) using POV-Ray 3.6 (Persistence of Vision Ray-tracer) in order to demonstrate POV-Ray's rendering abilities.
The glasses, ashtray and pitcher were modeled with Rhino and the dice with Cinema 4D. The POV-Ray code for this image is available here (zip file, 6 Mb).
The code is also released into the Public Domain. See also larger Image:Glasses 800 edit.png, which is a featured picture on English Wikipedia.
