Ich bin dein Häcker im Weinberg,

Im Frühling hab ich harte werck,

Mit Pfälstossn, pflantzen und bauwen,

Mit auffbinden und schneiden die Reben,

Biß im Herbst die Trauben Wein geben:

Den man schneidt und außprest denn fein

Noa erfand erstlich den Wein.
