The lack of a copyright notice is true in some various Columbia trade advertisements that were carried out prior to 1974. After 1974, Columbia/CBS began adding the copyright notice in their subsequent advertisements. The only notice in the photo is a registered trademark notice of the author, Columbia Records (e.g. ..MARCAS REG...) on their advertisement.
