SECRETARY BODMAN WAS JOINED BY ILLINOIS GOVERNOR ROD BLAGOJEVICH AND U.S. REPRESENTATIVE JUDY BIGGERT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DEDICATION CEREMONY FOR THE CENTER FOR NANOSCALE MATERIALS AT ARGONNE. IN RECOGNITION OF THEIR JOINT PARTNERSHIP IN THE PROJECT, THE OFFICIAL DOE SEAL AND THE SEAL OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WERE SET IN A CONCRETE CORNERSTONE TO BE PLACED NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE FACILITY DUE TO OPEN IN 2007.
