Summary

Description

One of the more impressive tempura.

The sweetness of the just-cooked scallop is further enhanced by the rich uni sea-urchin roe, which was just warm.

The chef noted that one of the diners did not like raw fish and obliged by giving her serve an extra minute in the fryer. Now that is service!
