English: The palace got its name as 'Palazz Santa Liena' after the titular statue of the St Helen Parish Church in Birkirkara was created there. The façade has a late Baroque architecture consisting of the Relief of St Francis of Assisi the Relief of St Mark, now both reliefs listed as national monuments.
