Summary
| Description |
The hydraulic rams along the rim are to push against the concrete tube (constructed on the go) so the drill face on the other side pushes into the rock. Yet another autonomous EV. :) Boring is a great example of the disruptive playbook we look for - the four largest tunnel construction companies in the U.S. were founded in the 1800s! Like the automotive and aerospace sectors, they haven’t faced a disruptive new entrant in their management’s collective lifetime. Construction is one of the industries we are focusing on at Future Ventures. |
