North Korea

This reproduction is permitted under the Copyright Law (Translated English version) of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Article 32 (Original version in Korean 조선민주주의인민공화국 저작권법) states that "A copyrighted work may be used without the permission of the copyright owner [...] When a copyrighted work in public places is copied."
