Deutsch: Die Tanne weist auf die Entstehung von Höhenkirchen als hochmittelalterliche Rodungssiedlung im Waldgebiet südöstlich von München hin. Der Höhenkirchener Forst leitet seinen Namen von der Gemeinde ab. Der mit einem Pfeil belegte Schrägbalken im Schildhaupt entspricht dem Stammwappen der Schrenck zu Egmating. Der Schlossbesitzer Johann Heinrich Schrenck erlangte 1630 für seine Grundherrschaft Höhenkirchen Hofmarksprivilegien. Die Gemeinde führt seit 1985 den Namen Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn und weist damit auf die Eingemeindung von Siegertsbrunn im Jahr 1978 hin. |
