Deutsch: Das Gemeindewappen verbindet die Schildbilder von Adelsfamilien, die sich über längere Zeit in Besitz der Hofmark Amerang befanden. Die Zange ist das heraldische Zeichen der ortsadligen Herren von Amerang, die von der ersten Hälfte des 12. bis in das 14. Jahrhundert belegt sind. Die Laiminger hatten die Hofmark vom späten 14. bis Anfang des 16. Jahrhunderts in Besitz; sie führten einen Balken mit Leiste im Wappen. Die Feldfarben Silber und Blau weisen auf die bayerischen Landesfarben hin. |
