Summary
DescriptionWhat remains of the South Fork Dam (11717678065).jpg |
Viewing the eastern end of the broken dam from the western end. You can see the sloping sides of the dam from the narrow top with the viewing platform. The lake was to the right. The large building above is the Park Headquarters and the small red house to the right is the Unger House (I have posted a separate picture). The rail line is the Norfolk Southern South Fork Secondary. The river on the bottom is the South Fork of the Connemaugh which gave the dam and the Club its name. |
