Summary

Description
English: A schematic of the steering components in a wing of a conventional airplane. The airbrake and the rudder are clearly seperate components and use respectively for slowing down the aircraft (usually on the airstrip) and sometimes in the air (for sudden manouvres). To slow down the plane regularly (not suddenly), the engine power (connected to the propeller) is simply reduced. The rudders are used to steer (pitch) the plane up or down.
