Description Thomas Voeckler (Brioches La Boulangère) holds onto the leader's Yellow Jersey as the 2004 Tour de France reaches the Alps. He also held the White Jersey for the Young Riders competition at this stage but here it is being worn by the 2nd rider in that competition - Sandy Casar (Fdjeux.com)
