Francis Pandey
Father Francis Pandey, SPB, is a Bangladeshi Anglican priest and a member of the Society of the Brotherhood of the Epiphany (SPB). He currently serves as the Dean of the Oxford Mission Epiphany Cathedral Church in Barishal, Bangladesh, which is the cathedral of the Diocese of Barishal under the Church of Bangladesh.
