Frank Barnett
Frank Elliott Barnett (July 20, 1933 – July 15, 2016) was an American politician. He was the 49th Governor of American Samoa from October 1, 1976 until May 27, 1977.[1][2]
Barnett died on July 15, 2016 at the age of 82.[3]
