Frank Bolle
Frank W. Bolle (June 23, 1924 – May 12, 2020)[1] was an American comic-strip artist, comic book artist and illustrator. He was best known as the longtime artist of the newspaper strips Winnie Winkle and The Heart of Juliet Jones. He also drew for comic books Tim Holt and Doctor Solar, Man of the Atom. He was the illustrator for the Boy Scouts of America magazine Boys' Life for 18 years.
Bolle died May 12, 2020 in Weston, Connecticut at the age of 95.[1]

Born in Italy on June 23rd, 1924 and traveled across the ocean alone at 5 years old to join his mother in Brooklyn, NY. He Grew up in NYC with his mother Mary and stepfather Egidio 'Louie' Covacich.
