Frank Ivancie
Francis James "Frank" Ivancie (July 19, 1924 – May 2, 2019) was an American businessman and politician. He served as Mayor of Portland, Oregon, from 1980 to 1985. Before this, Ivancie served for fourteen years on the Portland City Council.
