Gary Esparza
Walter Gary Esparza Fabbiany (born 1934/1935) is an Ecuadorian politician and economist. He was born in Babahoyo, Ecuador. He was the President of the National Congress from 1983 to 1984. Before, he was the Vice President of the Congress from 1982 to 1983. He began his career as mayor of Babahoyo.[1]
