Gerald Neal
Gerald Anthony Neal (born September 22, 1945) is a Democratic Party politician and lawyer. He is a member of the Kentucky Senate, representing District 33 since 1988.[1] He is the first African-American man elected to the Kentucky Senate.[2] He was born in Louisville, Kentucky.
