Ghostbusters II
Ghostbusters II is a 1989 American supernatural fantasy comedy movie and the sequel to the 1984 movie Ghostbusters. It is produced and directed by Ivan Reitman.
It stars Bill Murray, Sigourney Weaver, Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts, Peter MacNicol, Wilhelm von Homburg and Rick Moranis.
It follows the further adventures of the four parapsychologists and their organization fighting paranormal activities. It was released on June 16, 1989. The movie earned $215 million at the box office and received mixed reviews.

Then-Columbia Pictures executive David Puttnam was blamed for Ghostbusters II's lengthy production, though director Ivan Reitman said it was more the fault of the reluctant cast and crew.
Max von Sydow provided the voice of Vigo the Carpathian.
The Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House served as the exterior of the Manhattan Museum of Art.
The Washington Square Arch was featured in reshoots as the site of a slime-powered ghost attack. Thousands of civilians attended the recording and were used in the film, shown running away from the arch.
Dennis Muren served as the visual effects supervisor on Ghostbusters II.
The Statue of Liberty was a prominent feature in the film's finale. Dan Aykroyd liked the idea of animating something otherwise immobile.[1]
