Golden plates
Followers of the Latter Day Saint Movement believe that Joseph Smith was visited by an angel who gave him the Golden Plates (also called the gold plates) from which he translated the Book of Mormon, one of the faith's sacred texts.[1] They were found on September 22, 1823 on Cumorah hill in Manchester, New York and some people said that it’s 30 to 60 pounds (14 to 27 kg).
