A gyros is a Greek food. It is cooked on a vertical rotisserie then thinly sliced.
Gyros is traditionally served with tzatziki in a pita bread and it can be made with pork, beef, chicken and lamb.
It is a popular fast food in Greece, Turkey and the United States.
