Hans Hammerschmid working under the name Henry Stuck (12 March 1930 – 30 November 2024) was an Austrian composer and pianist.

From the 1960s he composed music for German television series including Das Kriminalmuseum, Der Alte, Derrick, Insel der Träume and Das Traumschiff He was most known of composing the music for German TV series Die Schwarzwaldklinik and movies Red Dawn (2012), Before I Die (2012) and 30 Minutes or Less (2011). His most known song was Für mich soll’s rote Rosen regnen . The song was also selected by Angela Merkel as one of the three songs during her farewell ocaasion as Chancellor. He was awarded in 2016 the Decoration of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria.[1][2][3][4]
Hammerschmid died in Gräfelfing on 30 November 2024, at the age of 94.[1][2]
