Harold Montgomory Budd (May 24, 1936 – December 8, 2020) was an American avant-garde composer and poet.^[2] He was known for his works with Brian Eno and Robin Guthrie.^[3]

Budd died on December 8, 2020 from COVID-19 in Los Angeles at the age of 84.^[4]^[5]
