Hector (French singer)

Jean-Pierre Kalfon, known professionally as Hector (20 October 1946 – 19 February 2020) was a French singer. He was born in Paris. Hector started his career with a group called les Médiators. He separated from this group in 1964 and began his solo career. Hector wrote many of his songs alongside Jean Yanne and Gérard Sire.

Hector died of cancer on 19 February 2020, aged 73.[1]
