Helldivers 2
Helldivers 2 (stylized as Helldivers II) is a cooperative third-person shooter video game. It was published by Sony Interactive Entertainment and was developed by Arrowhead Game Studios. The game was released on 8 February 2024 for the PlayStation 5 and Windows.[1]

It is the sequel to the 2015 game Helldivers, which was released on 3 March 2015.[2]
In the game, players team up in a Galactic War to destroy enemies and complete objectives. The goal is to reclaim land on Super Earth that was colonized by invading by a group of invading bug creatures called Terminids and robots called Automatons.[3]
Reception
The game was very liked by game critics. Critics said that they liked the combat and multiplayer co-op of the game. However, the release was criticized because of the game crashing many times during play and the ability to connect to other players.[4][5][6][7]
Helldivers 2 sold very well as well. It sold over 8 million copies since 15 March 2024, with over 450,000 simultaneous players on Steam.[8]
