Hof van Twente is a municipality in the province of Overijssel, the Netherlands. About 35,000 people were living there in 2021. It lies in Twente region and borders Achterhoek region.

It was created from the former municipalities of Diepenheim, Goor, Markelo, Ambt Delden and Stad Delden on 1 January 2001.
