Ikue Ōtani

She also starred in One Piece (as Tony Tony Chopper), Naruto (as Konohamaru Sarutobi), Detective Conan (as Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya), Uchi no Sanshimai (as Fu), and Konjiki no Gash Bell (as Gash).[1]
