Injustice Gang

The Injustice Gang are a name used by two separate super-villain teams from the DC Comics universe who act as antagonists to the Justice League. The original team was formed by Libra including Chronos, Mirror Master, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Shadow Thief and the Tattooed Man. Lex Luthor later led his own version using Circe, Doctor Light, Jemm, the Joker, Mirror Master and Ocean Master as direct counterparts to the League. The Injustice Gang was created by Len Wein and Dick Dillin, first appearing in Justice League of America #111. (1974)
