Jøvik Chapel

Jøvik Chapel (Norwegian: Jøvik kapell) is a small church in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. It belongs to the Church of Norway. It is situated in the village of Jøvik, which is near Kjosen fjord. The chapel is a part of the Ullsfjord parish and is under the Tromsø domprosti (arch-deanery) in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The building was originally constructed as a school, but the school was closed in 1960. The building was renovated in 1976 to turn it into a chapel that can accommodate about 100 people.[1][2][3]
