Jason Miyares
Jason Stuart Miyares[1] (born February 11, 1976) is an American politician and attorney who was the 48th attorney general of Virginia from 2022 until 2026. He was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 2016 to 2022. Miyares is the first Latino elected to this office, as well as a statewide office in Virginia.

In November 2025, Miyares lost his re-election campaign to former Democratic state legislator Jay Jones.[2]
