Jaybee Sebastian
Jaybee Niño Manicad Sebastian (1979/1980[1] – July 18, 2020) was a Filipino criminal. He was at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP). He was convicted for kidnap-for-ransom and carjacking in 2009.[2] He was known for running a prison and being involved in the illegal drug trade within the prison.[3][4]
Sebastian died of COVID-19 at the New Bilibid Prison Hospital[1] on July 18, 2020, aged 40.[5]
