Jessica Danielle Andrews (born December 29, 1983^[1]) is an American singer. She performs country music. Her first record Heart Shaped World was released in 1999. On April 7, 2001, her first and only number one single "Who I Am" reached the #1 spot in the country charts.^[2] She was born near Huntingdon, Tennessee.
