Joan Dougherty
Joan Dougherty (March 2, 1927 – December 18, 2020) was a Canadian politician. He was born in Montreal. He represented Jacques-Cartier in the National Assembly of Quebec from 1981 to 1987. Dougherty was born in Montreal, Quebec.
Dougherty died on December 18, 2020 in Montreal from COVID-19 at the age of 93.[1]
