Joanna Macy

Joanna Rogers Macy (May 2, 1929 – July 19, 2025) was an American environmental activist, author, scholar of Buddhism, general systems theory, and deep ecology. She was the author of eight books.[1] Her best known work is Coming Back to Life: Practices to Reconnect Our Lives, Our World.
