John David Crow

John David Crow (July 8, 1935 – June 17, 2015) was an American football player, coach, and college athletics administrator. He won the Heisman Trophy as a halfback at Texas A&M University in 1957. He and later played professional football in the National Football League (NFL) for the Chicago / St. Louis Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers between 1958 and 1968. [1]
