Jollof rice
Jollof (/dʒəˈlɒf/), or jollof rice, is a rice dish from West Africa. It is made with long-grain rice, tomatoes, chilies, onions, and spices. Sometimes people add other vegetables. Sometimes they add meat. It is cooked in one pot. People cook it it in different ways and change the ingredients in different places. Jollof rice is from the Senegambian region.
