Joop Worrell
Marinus Johannes Christiaan "Joop" Worrell (18 June 1938 – 17 January 2022) was a Dutch politician of the Labour Party.[1][2]

He served as a alderman of Woudrichem from 1971 to 1974 and as a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands from 1974 to 1989. Afterwards he became mayor of Woudrichem between 1989 and 2001.[2]
Worrell died in Woudrichem on 17 January 2022, at the age of 83.[2]
