Josep Massot
Josep Massot i Muntaner (3 November 1941 – 24 April 2022) was a Spanish historian, Roman Catholic monk and philologist.[1]

Massot was a member of the Reial Acadèmia de Bones Lletres de Barcelona, elected in 2002. He won the National Prize for Popular Culture in 1997. Massot was also honored with the Premi d'Honor de les Lletres Catalanes in 2012.[2]
Massot died on 24 April 2022, at the age of 80.[1]
