Kate Millett
Katherine Murray "Kate" Millett (September 14, 1934 – September 6, 2017) was an American feminist writer. Her first book was published 1970.
Millett was born to Catholic parents in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1961 she moved to Japan. In 1965 she married sculptor Fumio Yoshimura. She was bisexual.
Millett died on September 6, 2017 in Paris, France of cardiac arrest at the age of 82.[1]
