Kuru, Finland
Kuru is a former municipality in the Pirkanmaa, Finland. As of 2005, there were 2,774 people living in Kuru. Tampere is 50 km to the south.
Most of the Seitseminen National Park is in the municipality of Kuru.
In 2009, it is part of the town of Ylöjärvi.
