Lacy Clay
William Lacy Clay Jr. (born July 27, 1956) is an American politician. He was the U.S. Representative from Missouri's 1st congressional district from 2001 to 2021. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He replaced his father, Bill Clay, in congress.

On August 4, 2020, he lost the Democratic primary to serve for an 11th term to community activist and progressive Democrat Cori Bush.[1]
