Louis Cardiet (20 January 1943 – 28 April 2020) was a French professional footballer who played as a defender. He was born in Quimperlé, France. From 1965 to 1967, he played for the national team. From 1963 to 1973, Cardiet played for Stade Rennais F.C..

Cardiet died on 28 April 2020 at the age of 77.^[1]
