Louise Fréchette
Louise Fréchette, OC (born July 16, 1946) is a Canadian politician. She is the 1st United Nations Deputy Secretary-General from 1997 until 2006.[1] From 1992 until 1994, she was the Canadian Ambassador to the United Nations.
