Mary Beth Hurt

Mary Beth Hurt (September 26, 1946 – March 28, 2026) was an American actress. She was best known for her roles in Interiors (1978), The World According to Garp (1982), The Age of Innocence (1993), and Six Degrees of Separation (1993).[1]

In January 2023, it was revealed that Hunt was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2015 and was living in an assisted living home.[2] She died on March 28, 2026 in Jersey City, New Jersey at the age of 79.[3][4]
