Maurice Dayan

Maurice Dayan (25 January 1935 – 2 May 2020) was a French psychoanalyst and university professor. He taught psychology at the University of Montpellier, then at Paris Descartes University. Dayan then was a professor of psychopathology at Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, then at Paris Diderot University.[1]

From 1995 to 2000, he directed the Laboratoire de psychanalyse et de psychopathologie, which was created by Laplanche in 1970.[2]

Dayan died on 2 May 2020 at the age of 85.[3]
