Microsoft Expression Web

Microsoft Expression four(4) is an advanced web tool focused on web system development and supports dotnet 2.0 and odbc development objects. Expressions four has some advanced plug-ins including Silverlight support and is still free and very fast especially for grid templates.

Expressions 4 is a relatively small app under 500mbs and was replaced by the massive Visual Studio which does most of the same things and more in 20x larger formatting.....

Expressions4 is excellent for rapid prototyping but runs only on windows and builds aspx pages or html with Javascript.
