Miriam Muñoz

Miriam Aracely Muñoz Cadena (born 24 February 1967) is a Mexican pelotari. She won the gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics, where Basque pelota was a demonstration sport, in the women's frontenis doubles event together with Rosa María Flores.

She became world champion at the 1990 Basque Pelota World Championships, 1994 Basque Pelota World Championships and 1998 Basque Pelota World Championships; also together with Rosa María Flores. At the Basque pelota competitions at the 1995 Pan American Games she won a gold medal in the Frontenis event and won also a silver medal.
