Mohammad Kamali (Persian: محمد کمالی, born 30 January 1993 in Khorramdarreh, Zanjan, Iran) is an Iranian boxer. He is a member of the Iran national boxing team. He has a master's degree in sports management from the University of Tehran.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
Career
Kamali joined the Iran senior national boxing team in 2016. He has competed in many national and international competitions.[8]
- He finished 5th in the 2021 World Military Boxing Championship in Moscow.
- He finished 5th in the 2022 Asian Boxing Championship in Jordan.
- He won the gold medal at the 2024 Iran National Boxing Championship in Tehran.
- He won the silver medal at the 2022 Iran National Boxing Championship in Zahedan.
- He won bronze medals in the national senior boxing championships in 2011 (Abadan) and 2018 (Ahvaz).
- He won gold medals in the Iranian Student Boxing Championships in 2017 and 2018.
Education
Kamali has a bachelor's and master's degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences from the University of Tehran. He ranked 13th in the national entrance exam for a master's degree in 2016.
