Nemesi Marqués Oste

Nemesi Marquès Oste (born 17 May 1955)[1] is known for his work on the institutional evolution of Andorra and for his books on the reform and the Constitution of the Principality of Andorra. Over the course of his career he has carried out institutional representative functions and has participated in forums and public presentations in which he explained key episodes of the constitutional transition. His publications—among them studies on the reform of institutions (1975–1981) and a work on the Constitution—place him as a reference in Andorran institutional analysis. Nemesi Marquès Oste served as Secretary to the Co-Prince during the period when Joan Martí Alanis was Bishop of Urgell and Co-Prince of Andorra.
